This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for the aforesaid prayer.

2. According to the petitioner, his representation dated 08.07.2017 alleging that there is irregularities in finalising the eligible members list. Till such period the election process shall be kept stalled. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner election was conducted on 07.07.2017.

3. In the light of the above said facts, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file proper petition before the 2nd respondent / Joint Registrar of

Cooperative Societies. On receipt of the said representation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
