ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that already the DRO, Krishnagiri has passed an order in Pa.Mu.27297/2019/J2, dated 09.06.2025. The copy of the order was also placed before this Court.

2. On going through the order, it is seen that the DRO has directed patta to be issued in the name of the petitioner for 0.15.38 hectares by subdividing the same.

3. In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the Tahsildar, Hosur to act upon the order passed by the DRO, Krishnagiri dated 09.06.2025 and conduct a survey in the property and demarcate the extent of 0.15.38 hectares, which belongs to the petitioner and issue subdivision patta in favour of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
