Petitioner has filed this revision petition seeking a direction to learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.1827 of 2011 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Petitioner and respondent are husband and wife. Petitioner/husband has filed O.P.No.1827 of 2011 on the file of learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, seeking divorce and the respondent/wife has filed O.P.No.2076 of 2012 on the file of Family Court, Chennai, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. A perusal of 'A' Diary extract in O.P.No.1827 of 2011 reveals that the petition is pending from 29.07.2011 and there has been much delay in the conduct of proceedings. In the circumstances, this Court would direct learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.1827 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.
