This application is presented for leave to institute the suit against the respondents 1 to 3 before this Court. The applicant states that it was proposed to institute the suit in view of the unwillingness of respondents 1 to 3 to comply with the terms of the stock option scheme. After this application was numbered, it is stated that respondents 1 to 3 have concluded a settlement with the applicants. As such, the applicant states that it does not intend to prosecute the suit. Since the dispute has been settled even before the suit was numbered, the Registry is directed to return the suit papers and refund the entire Court fee to the applicants within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
