ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed in para.No.(a)(i), that the petitioner/A2, shall deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Gobichettipalayam, in Cr.No.14 of 2025 on the file of the Varapalayam Police Station and the bail bond shall be issued only after such deposit, in the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode vide Crl.M.P.No.750 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police had taken the service of one C.Gunabalan, a retired police personnel through whom the petitioner was secured. After which, the petitioner had transferred a sum of Rs.55,000/- to the Gunabalan's account through G-pay and seeks for modification of the aforementioned condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has not raised any serious objection.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition imposed in para (a)(i) vide Crl.M.P.No.750 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025 that "the petitioner/A2, shall deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Gobichettipalayam, in Cr.No.14 of 2025 on the file of the Varapalayam Police Station" alone relaxed and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.
