Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to approve and consent regularization of services of the petitioner as Jewel Appraiser in the office of the Respondent and fix a pay scale and provide all such service benefits based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2015 and consequential recommendatory proceedings dated 14.02.2015 within the timeframe to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording his statement and the endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3402 of 2018 is also dismissed.
