ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 14.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6650 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the case of the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 20.05.2025, thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner. She also produced a copy of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the second respondent before this Court.
