This petition is filed praying to direct the respondent or his men or agents not to harass the petitioner without due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there is no case pending against the petitioner in this petition as on date.
4.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is harassed.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of by directing the police not to harass the petitioner and if the presence of the petitioner is required for enquiry in connection with the complaint given against her, the respondents police are directed to issue summons and conduct enquiry.
6.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
