PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to reckon the qualifying service of the petitioner's husband by taking into account of the orders of the II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai dated 24.09.1980 in A.S.No.239 of 79 in OS.No.6830 of 76 and to pay the family pension to the petitioner including the arrears with interest @ 12% per annum payable from 07.07.1996 within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.
