Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition imposed as directing the Petitioner to sign before any other court or police station instead of appearing before the Respondent Police, Vepery, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders by order dated 19.05.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.6336/2022 in Crl.OP.No.7113/2022 and be pleased to pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.UDHYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to modify the condition imposed as directing the petitioner to sign before any other Court or police station instead of appearing before the respondent police, Vepery, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders by order dated 19.05.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6336 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.7113 of 2022.
