ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders in the pending statutory appeal dated 30.08.2017 preferred by him against the punishment order dated 03.07.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent vide Proc.R.No.71268/VC2/2009.

2.Heard the learned Additional Advocate General Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, who took notice for the respondents. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the statutory appeal dated 30.08.2017 preferred by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
