This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 191 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Earlier, this Court ordered notice to the respondents through court as well as privately. Despite service of notice to the respondents and names of respondents were also printed in the cause list, nobody appeared on behalf of respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
