Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition that the petitioner stay at Kavripattinam and report before the Kaveripattinam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 12783 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner stay at Kavripattinam and report before the Kaveripattinam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 12783 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.12783 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020 is Modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.A.M. for a period of two(2) weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
