The petitioners/Appellants has filed this petition to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, IV Additional District Court, Ponneri in MCOP No.1012 of 2015, dated 28.11.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
