Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.11101 of 2022 dated 25.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11101 of 2022 on 25.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
