O R D E R

This petitions has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.532 of 2016, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.Pending Criminal Original Petition, parties in Crime No.532 of 2016, have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and have filed joint compromise memo, dated 07.11.2017 before this Court.

3. Today, parties are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their resp ective counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of Aadhar Cards viz., M.Annamalai-Aadhar No.5459 2882 9670, Bharath (Bharathkumar)- Aadhar No.5487 1364 5001 and Nirmala Devi-Aadhar No.7079 6752 8419 and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded. 4.The joint compromise memo, dated 07.11.2017 has been filed by the parties to the effect that they were resolved the dispute among themselves and requested to allow the criminal original petition.

5. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsels on either side and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in Crime.No.532 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, is hereby quashed in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

6. The joint compromise memo, dated 07.11.2017 filed by the parties is hereby recorded. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo, dated 07.11.2017 shall form part of the order. 07.12.2017 (2/2) Index:Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking / Non Speaking cgi To
