Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2.The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.04.2015 and pass orders extending the mini bus stage carriage permit from Olagadam and Bhavani New Bus Stand.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 11.04.2015 with regard to extending the mini bus stage carriage permit from Olagadam and Bhavani New Bus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Stand, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
