Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the District Educational Officer, Cuddalore/Vadalur, Cuddalore District the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to approve the 7th Pay Commission salary for the petitioners who are in the GP 5400 and issue suitable instructions to the Headmasters of the NLC Schools, S.K.Velayutham Higher Secondary School, DGM Higher Secondary School, respondents No.5 to 7 herein to pay the revised scale of pay as per the 7th Pay Commission to the petitioners despite being in GP 5400.
