Respondents (R3 impleaded as per the order dated 02.12.2021 in Crl.MP.NO.11803/21) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.11.2020 against the abovesaid person named in the complaint and investigate into the matter and submit a report to the Court.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.11.2020 and investigate into the matter and submit a report to the Court. 2.The grievance of the complainant/petitioner is that she lodged a complaint on 04.11.2020, thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the third respondent appeared for enquiry and gave his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

explanation along with the documents. Further, he submits that in this case, earlier on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.No.140 of 2020 has been given, enquiry conducted and closed on 15.11.2021. Thereafter, the above petition has been filed by the petitioner against the third respondent, both the petitioner as well as the third respondent were called for enquiry and enquiry conducted and it was closed on 01.12.2021. The closure report has been forwarded to the petitioner by registered post.

4.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is closed.
