ORDER

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that had instructions from the petitioner in writing to withdraw the writ petition. He further submitted that he has also filed a letter in this regard in the Registry.

2. The letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Registry is placed on record.

3. Recording the letter dated 01.09.2023 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Registry, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed. Index : yes / no : yes / no kmk
