ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue Mrs.Mohana and father of the detenu Jayasri. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for the production of the detenues before this court.

2. Earlier, though we had not found any illegal detention, having taken note of the fact that the dispute is between the members of the family, we had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Center attached to the High Court of Madras for mediation. The mediation report dated 22.07.2019 indicates failure. Thus, having found no illegal detention involved, we are inclined to close this petition.

3. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly.
