Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every monday at about 10.30. a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7720 of 2020 dated 20.05.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every monday at about 10.30. a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7720 of 2020 dated 20.05.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.7720 of 2020 dated 20.05.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
