Prayer in W.P.No.15823 of 2021:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to accommodate the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer without reference to the conditions of upper age limit in any one of the available vacancies in Kaveripattinam Panchayat Union in Krishnagiri District by considering her representation dated 10.12.2020 in the light of order passed in W.A.No.2850 of 2019 dated 27.08.2020 and also proposal by the respondent dated 07.01.2021 within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case. By consent of the learned counsel on either side, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioners have filed the present writ petitions seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to accommodate the petitioners as Noon Meal Organizer in any one of the available vacancies in any one of the available vacancies in Bargur Panchayat Union in Krishnagiri District and the available vacancies in Kaveripattinam Panchayat Union in Krishnagiri District by considering their representation dated 10.12.2020 in the light of order passed in W.A.No.2850 of 2019 dated 27.08.2020 and also proposal by the respondent dated 07.01.2021 within a time frame.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before it. 5.

Though the prayer in these writ petitions are for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his arguments to the limited extent of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 10.12.2020, expeditiously.

This Court considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 10.12.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners herein.

With the above directions, these writ petitions stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also stands closed. No costs.
