This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.82 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pappireddipatti at Dharmapuri District. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner heard in full. This Court expressed its view that, the Court is unable to accept his submissions and when proceeded to dictate the order, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition.

In view of his request for withdrawing this petition, permission is granted and this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
