ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021 and 10.02.2022, whereby he sought to issue the Lecturer Certificate. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a seasoned Lay Lecturer in First Aid from Tamil Nadu. The petitioner was not issued with the Lecturer Certificate. Therefore, he made representations dated 13.12.2021 and 10.02.2022 seeking for issuance Lecturer Certificate. Since the representations were not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.There is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 13.12.2021 and 10.02.2022 and issue Lecturer Certificate to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
