This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi instead of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Vaniyambadi.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner admitted in the present petition that inadvertently he mentioned in the petition that the satisfaction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Vaniyambadi instead of the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi. Therefore, he seeks necessary amendment.

3.The error committed by the learned counsel is much apparent and therefore, the said petition is ordered.

4.In the result, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 09.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11444 of 2024 and issue a fresh copy of the order by stating the satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi.
