O R D E R
Petitioner has filed this revision petition seeking a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
2. Petitioner has moved H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore, seeking dissolution of marriage. Therein, after completion of evidence on petitioner's side, the respondent/husband came to be set ex parte on 05.04.2016. The respondent/husband has moved I.A.No.265 of 2016 towards setting aside such order, which came to be allowed under orders dated 27.05.2016 subject to payment of costs. Respondent/husband has moved H.M.O.P.No.1493 of 2015 seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the same Court.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner/wife submits that the respondent/husband merely is protracting proceedings and seeks a direction for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2015.
4. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the 'A' Diary extract, this Court is of the view that undue protraction of proceedings is to be
avoided. Accordingly, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the cases as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
