This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2019 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural program which is schedule to be held on 26.05.2019 in Sri Egguleri Muniyappan Temple situated at Kalarbathi Village, Tirupattur T.K., Vellore District.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted representation to the respondent, seeking permission for conducting the cultural programme and the same is pending. Hence the petition.

4.In such case, the respondent/Police is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law on or before 24.05.2019 and informed the result to petitioner. 5.With this aforesaid direction, the writ petition stand disposed of. No costs.
