ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8618 of 2022 IN CRL OP.15056/2021 PREMKUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, UDUMALPET POLICE STATION, TIRUPPUR DISTRICT (CRIME NO.1081/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police for monthly twice i.e.1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.MP.No.13919 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.15056 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13919 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15056 of 2021 on 22.12.2021 to appear before the respondent Police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
