ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) Though the petitioner herein, who is physically present before this Court has sought for a larger relief of securing his wife and son and to set them at liberty, in order to have access to the child, he represents that he is not pressing for the main prayer, but would be satisfied if the child's custody is retained by his wife and he may be permitted to visit the child periodically. The submission made by the petitioner is hereby recorded.

2. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of, with a direction that the ordinary custody of the petitioner's son namely Rooney Mathew, aged about 11 months, shall be with the petitioner's wife namely

Mancy, aged about 27 years and the petitioner is permitted to meet his son on every Sunday between 4.00 to 5.00 PM at St.Xavier's Church, Pallavaram.

3. In the light of the above directions, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
