ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking direction towards the respondents 1 and 2 herein to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to change the Special Public Prosecutor who looks after the SPL S.C No.2 of 2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trail of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
