When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed; the charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in S.R.No.2563 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Alandur.
