Seeking permission to conduct Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival from 17.09.2015 to 21.09.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that permission would be given to conduct Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival for three days from 17.09.2015. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the 4th day programmes have been fixed for children and Thappattam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting four days permission from 17.09.2015, subject to the conditions fixed by the respondent. It is for the respondents to fix the route, timings and regulate the procession.
