2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that so far, the petitioner did not comply the condition even for a single day, imposed by this Court, after enlarging on bail.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court finds no grounds to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
