O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 23.09.2015 under CSR No.249/2015.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 23.09.2015 as against one R.Abiraman, A.Ganesh, A.Prasanna, Rajasekaran and Devaraj, on the allegation of land grabbing and assault. Since no action was taken till date, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.249/2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending enquiry.

Since the CSR is pending before the respondent police, this Court directs the respondent police to enquire the matter and if the materials gathered indicates any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law. In the course of enquiry, if no prima facie is made out or the matter is civil in nature, he is directed to pass appropriate orders on the complaint made by the petitioner.

The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
