2.Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have submitted representations to the respective respondent, seeking permission for conducting the cultural programme (Adal Padal) and the same is pending. Hence the petitions.

4.In such case, the respondent/Police are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law on or before 24.05.2019 and inform the result to the concerned petitioners. 5.With this aforesaid direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
