ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners in connection with the C.S.R.No.804 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondents are calling the petitioners frequently based on the complaint lodged by one Sivaji son of Ramasamy and under the guise of investigation the respondent is harassing the petitioners and thus prayed for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Sivaji has given complaint as against these petitioners and it was assigned C.S.R.No.804 of 2015 and based on the said complaint the respondents called the petitioners for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioners have filed this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondents police are directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.
