Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent Na.Ka.No.4106/Thi.Va/2016 dated 18.10.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide electricity connection as well as the water connection continuously in the petitioner's canteen namely VVR canteen at Tiruvarur Medical College and Hospital at Tiruvarur.
