This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.15785 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24485 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS cases, Chennai on first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15785 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24485 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS cases, Chennai on first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
