2. The above petition is ordered. The petitioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of 'Makkal Kural' having circulation in the area where the last known address of the respondents 1 to 5 for hearing date 18.08.2021. The publication shall be effected at least 10 days prior to the next date of hearing. The appellant shall also take service to the other two modes.
