Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 20.11.2014 in Na.Ka.No.6/2011/C.V.2 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential and attendant benefits.
