Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the learned Additional District Sessions Judge/Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. as imposed in Para No.6 the order dated 26.07.2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.6054 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.399 of 2016 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.VINOTHRAJA Advocate for M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.MATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner / A.1 that he is abiding the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6054 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.399 of 2016 dated 26.07.2016 without any default. This fact is not disputed on behalf of the Respondent / Prosecution.

3. Considering the fact that the Petitioner has some health problems and also he finds it difficult to appear on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., before the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge / Special Judge for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore and also this Court taking note of the fact that he is abiding the condition imposed by this Court dated 26.07.2016 in Crl.A.No.399 of 2016 without any default, directs the Petitioner /A.1 to appear before the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore on the First Working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. without fail until further orders.

Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the above terms.
