Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.1674/2008/C4 dated 21.12.2012 and the consequential order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2262/2014/C[1] dated 28.10.2014 and quash the said orders and direct the 4th respondent to register the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner Society in respect of residential plots in Survey Nos.85/1,2, 86/1,2 in No.34, Line Grant Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

ORDER
