ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused for a direction to the respondent-Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2016 expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the case is for offence under Sections 449, 392 IPC and it has been registered only on 04.01.2016. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondentPolice to complete the case within a time bound manner. However, the respondent-Police is directed to conduct investigation expeditiously in accordance with law.
