ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2019 within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner has sought for consideration of realigning the foot over bridge, as the proposed alignment is blocking access to his property. He has also furnished a sketch explaining the same. It appears that there is atleast 11 feet gap from his land to the proposed foot over bridge. 3.
Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader, upon notice, has filed a counter affidavit through the second respondent, stating that the construction of the foot over bridge was commenced as early as on 16.02.2019 and 90% of the work was completed even as early in the month of July 2019, except pavement, painting works, etc., and the same has also been completed now.

As the erection of the foot over bridge was already completed, the Writ Petition has automatically become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
