PRAYER: The Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the pretext of inquiry.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is the social activist and President for the small Micro and big Merchant Trust (Regd) for more than 10 years. He used to high light the corruption, illegal and unlawful work done by the Government Officials, more particularly, in the office of the Municipal Commissioner of Taluk Office, Arni. As against the act of the petitioner, all the wrong doer had teamed up together and gave false complaints to the respondent police and the case in Crime Nos.799 of 2021 and 798 of 2021 had been registered against the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner had obtained Anticipatory Bail in the abovesaid two cases from the High Court in Crl.O.P.No.11469 of 20201 and 11458 of 2021, then the respondent police have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
constantly harassing the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that in this case, the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.11469 of 2021 seeking Anticipatory Bail in crime No.798 of 2021 and obtained Anticipatory Bail. Thereafter, he failed to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11469 of 2021. As regards the Crl.O.P.No.11458 of 2021, there is a direction given under SC/ST Act to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day. In this case, the petitioner, after obtaining the order in Crl.O.P.No.11458 of 2021 on 06.07.2021, had appeared before the District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai on 10.08.2021 and thereafter, he has been remanded and now, he is confined in Sub Jail Vandavasi.
4.It is seen from the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner had been remanded on 10.08.2021 and this petition has been filed earlier on 23.07.2021. Hence, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
