O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11572 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Kangeyam Police Station, Tirupur on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11572 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
