25 MOTHUR PRIMARY AGRICULTURARL CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY, MOTHUR VILLAGE AND POST, KARIMANGALAM TALUK, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order interim stay of all proceedings pursuant to the impugned Enquiry Report dated 07.11.2018 of the 4th respondent and consequential Show Cause Notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 25.02.2019 (in WMP.No.14876/2019) pending disposal of the Writ petition No.14893/2019.
