These petitions have been filed to substitute the name of the petitioners 1 and 2 herein in the place of deceased 2nd petitioner Kasthuri in W.P.Nos.15693 and 15690 of 2019 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, W.M.P.Nos.16436 and 16660 of 2021 are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main writ petitions.

5. At request of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, list W.P.Nos.15305, 15306, 15307, 15690 and 15693 of 2019 for final disposal on 15.10.2024.
