O R D E R

The present writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 13.10.2017 which is nothing but a show cause notice issued under Section 36(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why the petitioner should not be disqualified from the post of President of the concerned Co-operative Society.

2. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to give proper reply to the said show cause notice. Without doing so, filing the present writ petition challenging the show cause notice cannot be entertained, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same is not maintainable, so long as the present show cause is issued by the competent jurisdictional authority.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, only on the ground of maintainability, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner to give reply to the show cause notice within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
